Habit & Habitat:
A diffuse, prostrate much branched herb, found as a common weed in sub-tropical zone.
Plant Description:
Leaves much dissected, 2-3 pinnatisect, with lateral and marginal pinnae. Inflorescence a raceme, 2-3cm long. Flower zygomorphic, pale-pink. Sepal minute, whitish, membranous. Petals short, oblong, spurred. Fruit a netlet, globose, brownish.
Flowering and Fruiting:
March-May.
Harvesting Time:
April-June.
Medicinal Value:
It has diuretic, laxative and blood purifying properties. [5] It stimulates liver, gallbladder and regulates bile production. [15] Locally powder is used in fever and sore throat, also as blood purifier.

Whole plant.
Occurrence:
Abundant.
